Welcome to GG Spiraling Tours

At end of a day's driving she relaxes by writing the story of the day's adventures.

Some adventures are minor, like the frog in the loo with a gecko jockey reaching up to plant a high five on your naked butt.

Others potentially could have been disastrous

These pages are a mix of both mine and other people's stories or adventures.

Enjoy and let me know what you think!

FOLLOWED BY THE BOGA NEIGHBORS

This has been a most amazing week!

my next door neighbors from Boga - Lyn Pfeiffer & Ross Pfeiffer joined me in Kimberlland van park  over a week ago.

Ross has helped me add several comforts to Trekking living, lines for washing and an ENGEL fitted in behind the passenger seat and a dit dit gun for tying down annex pegs!

They have tucked me into the back seat of their lovely 4WD and we have adventured all around the region. El Questro, Zebedee Springs, Keep River, Sandalwood factory, art galleries, diamond shops, Pump-house Restaurant, Captain Jack's Fish n Chips, Mitre 10,  Coles, AND we did the Gibb River Road!(well, 2km of it without tar)

We have conversed with the resident Tawney Frog-mouths in the tree behind us,

tracked after the Jabiru that Lyn said was as tall as her,

watched the sacred kingfishers, dipping in and out of the lagoon,

cursed the bald coots/swamp hens scavenging around our feet,

walked the edge of the lagoon spotlighting the crocs before bet time,

ate too much, kept our fluid levels up (VIP in the tropics),

laughed long and loud often,

watched weird a tv screen in backpacker's rental RVs that turned out to be backlit real life situation- surely they were too busy to hear us LOL or maybe they suddenly remembered to twitch the curtain shut....

We were joined by Cheryl Delmenico & Hayden, Deb & Rex from Bendigo, - Pina & David Rosaia dropped in one night too!

Great times, great memories - thank you so much.
